Orders ship Monday - Friday, we are closed on national holidays.

USA Shipping Rates
  • Standard Shipping is FREE! We use USPS or FedEx Ground for this service. Most orders arrive in 4-6 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping starts at $15.00 and is calculated by order weight. We use USPS Priority & FedEx Express for this service. Most orders arrive in 2-4 business days.
  • Standard Overnight Shipping starts at $50.00 and is calculated by order weight. Orders received after 5 PM PT are shipped the following business day. This service is non-refundable.
  • All web orders ship from our warehouse within 1-5 business days.
  • Signature may be required for orders over $500.00 USD.
International Shipping Rates
  • Select your shipping country in the top right of any webpage to see DHL shipping costs in checkout. Customs & duty are pre-paid during the checkout process.
  • If you do not see your country listed as an option for shipping at checkout, please contact Customer Service for support.
  • All web orders ship from our warehouse within 1-5 business days.
  • Signature may be required at delivery
  • Once an order has shipped, International Shipping is non-refundable.
Returns & Exchange Policy

For international returns, please email customerservice@methodseven.com with your order number for assistance.

You may return or exchange any eyewear purchased directly through www.methodseven.com within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items returned under this policy must be in good condition and not abused; returning in original packaging is appreciated.

If your order was delivered outside of the United States or you choose not to use the prepaid domestic shipping label; then please return the items at your own cost using a trackable shipment shipped to:

METHOD SEVEN reserves the right to refuse any excessive or bad faith return.

Submit a return request click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
    • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
