How to order your custom RX Grow Glasses from Method Seven

December 11, 2025

At Method Seven, we’re committed to delivering exceptional optical performance for growers working under powerful indoor lighting. Our Grow RX lenses use advanced science and spectrum-specific filtration to protect your eyes and deliver true, balanced color—whether you’re under HPS or LED.

Ordering your custom Grow RX glasses is easy, and we’re here to guide you through every step.

Step 1: Choose Your Grow RX Glasses and Checkout

Browse our Grow RX lineup, select the frame you love, and—most importantly—choose the light spectrum you grow under:

  • HPS (High Pressure Sodium)

  • LED (Full-spectrum, blurple, or white LEDs)

  • LUCID Clear (for low-light or everyday use without grow-spectrum filtering)

Then choose the lens type that fits your needs (single vision, progressives, or bifocals) and place your order.

Step 2: Send Us Your Prescription

After checkout, email your valid prescription (dated within the last two years) to customerservice@methodseven.com.

Tip: A complete prescription includes sphere, cylinder, axis, and pupillary distance (PD).

Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

Our team will review your prescription and confirm receipt within 1–2 business days. If anything is missing or unclear, we’ll reach out right away.

Step 4: Sit Back While We Build Your Custom Grow RX Glasses

Once verified, your order moves into production. Each Grow RX lens is custom-cut, polished, spectrum-balanced, and precisely fitted to your frame based on your prescription.
Production typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on lens complexity.

Step 5: Contact Us if You Need Adjustments or a Return

If you’d like an evaluation or want to request a return, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your glasses. We’re here to make sure your eyewear performs perfectly in your grow environment.

Additional Notes

Ordering progressives?
We’ll send you a measurement kit for custom segment height. Bring it to your eye doctor, follow the instructions, send it back, and we’ll take it from there.

Choosing HPS or LED lenses?
Both are engineered specifically for growers and filter the unique light characteristics of each environment, providing true color, reduced eye strain, and complete comfort under intense grow lighting.

Prefer LUCID Clear?
These non-tinted, anti-scratch lenses offer outstanding clarity and reduced reflections—ideal for low-light environments, indoor tasks, or everyday wear when spectrum filtering isn’t needed.
