How to order your Method Seven custom RX lenses

December 11, 2025

At Method Seven, we’re committed to delivering exceptional optical performance in every pair of glasses. We use cutting-edge lens technology to craft each pair to the highest standards.

Ordering your custom Rx glasses is easy, and we’re here to walk you through every step!

Step 1: Choose Your Rx Glasses and Checkout

Browse our lineup, pick the frame you love with the Rx lens that best suits your needs, and place your order. Your glasses will be custom-built to your exact prescription, whether you need single vision, progressives, or bifocals.

Step 2: Send Us Your Prescription

After checkout, email a copy of your prescription (be sure that it's dated within the last two years) to customerservice@methodseven.com.
Tip: A full prescription includes sphere, cylinder, axis, and your pupillary distance (PD).

Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

Our team will review your prescription and confirm receipt within 1–2 business days. If we need anything else, we’ll let you know right away.

Step 4: Sit Back while we Build Your Custom Glasses

Once everything is verified, your Rx glasses go into production. Each lens is custom-cut, polished, and precisely fitted into your frame. Production typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on lens type and complexity.

Step 5: Reach Out if You Need Adjustments or a Return

If you need an evaluation or want to request a return, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your glasses. We’re here to make sure your custom eyewear feels perfect.

Additional Notes
  • Progressive RX Orders? If you’re ordering progressives, we’ll send you a measurement kit to measure your custom segment height. Simply take the kit to your eye doctor, follow the instructions, send it back, and we’ll handle the rest.
  • Choosing the FLT24? You’ll enjoy a premium non-polarized, true-color gray lens engineered specifically for pilots, delivering exceptional clarity and comfort in the cockpit.

  • Prefer clear LUCID? These everyday, anti-scratch lenses offer exceptional optical clarity and reduced reflections at dusk or under glare. They are perfect for indoor environments and low-light conditions.
